The first juliette balconies were develped on the Continent with the design developed to enable an upstairs bedroom or lounge area to benefit from full height glazed French Doors. The balustrades themselves are designed to be child proof and meet all relevant safety requirements.
There are five standard widths: 1250mm, 1550mm, 1850mm, 2150mm and 2450mm however bespoke widths are available on request. The balconies themselves are 1100mm high and compliant with the requirements of Building Regulations Part K2. |
